Sara Jane Moore freed.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Sara Jane Moore, who took a shot at President Ford in a 1975 assassination attempt, was released from prison Monday. Moore, 77, had served about 30 years of a life sentence when she was released from the federal prison in Dublin, east of San Francisco, the Federal Bureau of Prisons said.

Poor Squeaky Fromme. I guess the whole Charles Manson thing makes her release harder to justify. Just another example of the Man keeping the people down for the "crime" of...well...you know...trying to kill the Man.

Personally, I would never have this bitch Sara Jane Moore released from prison. In the USA, it should be mandated that all assassins, even would-be assassins, die in prison. Political assassinations strike at the very heart of a country's polity, community.
